List bookings
Returns a paginated list of bookings for the authenticated organization. `sort` accepts `id` (default), `start_time` or `-start_time`. Because `starting_after` is an id-based cursor, combining it with a start_time sort returns 400.

Public endpoint — no authentication required. Resolves org and event type by their URL slugs and returns the data needed to render a booking page, including branding settings. Returns { available: false } when the event type is inactive, booking page is disabled, or the org is suspended.

Creates a new booking. Public endpoint — no authentication required. Validates the requested slot against availability rules and existing bookings.
