Get booking page data
Public endpoint — no authentication required. Resolves org and event type by their URL slugs and returns the data needed to render a booking page, including branding settings. Returns { available: false } when the event type is inactive, booking page is disabled, or the org is suspended.

Public endpoint — no authentication required. Returns the org's branding and a list of all public event types (active, booking page enabled, non-test), ordered by title. Returns { available: false } when the org is suspended.
List bookings
Returns a paginated list of bookings for the authenticated organization. `sort` accepts `id` (default), `start_time` or `-start_time`. Because `starting_after` is an id-based cursor, combining it with a start_time sort returns 400.
