Stripe Connect is on the free plan too. A 1% platform fee applies to paid bookings — there's no separate 'add payments' upgrade.

It's a free plan, not a trial. There's no end date and no automatic charge. It includes 10 bookings a month, full API access, calendar sync, and the embeddable widget for as long as you stay on it.

No. Signing up for the free plan doesn't ask for payment details. You only enter card details if and when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

New bookings are blocked until the next month starts or you upgrade. Existing bookings, your calendar connection, and your account stay intact — nothing is deleted or locked out.

Yes. The hosted booking page and embeddable widget show a 'Powered by Astrocal' attribution on the free plan. Custom branding (removing it) is available from the Launch plan upward.

Yes. Stripe Connect and per-event pricing work on every plan, including free. A 1% platform fee applies to paid bookings on the free tier (falling to 0.5% and 0.25% on higher plans).

Yes. Upgrading and downgrading is self-service from the dashboard billing page via Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. Your event types, bookings, and calendar connections carry over either way.
